INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

LoveRokz accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; LoveRokz has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from LoveRokz, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

PAYMENTS

LoveRokz accepts all forms of payments. Etsy, The Square, Paypal, etc.

SHIPPING

Shipping is based on payment processing and verification.

Once payment has been processed orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

A member of the LoveRokz customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

SECURE ORDERING

Your online credit card transactions are secure with loverokz.com. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our website as it is by telephone.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please be aware that all LoveRokz Jewelry merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to LoveRokz, and not any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information.

LoveRokz.com will accept items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

A return authorization number MUST be obtained before returning any item(s). To receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to loverokzjewerly@gmail.com. For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. LoveRokz is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

You will receive the ship back address with your authorized RMA#. Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package when returning your item.
